Morocco Lingua (hereinafter "Morocco Lingua", "we", "us", or "our") is an Arabic language learning and study service operated under the supervision of FCUS Privé Langues, a private language center officially licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of National Education to provide language education and training. Morocco Lingua specializes in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers through immersive in-person programs and online courses designed to promote effective language acquisition and cultural understanding.

To register for a Program, the applicant must complete the following steps:

Admission is at the sole discretion of Morocco Lingua. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate admission of any applicant who, in our reasonable assessment, does not meet the program prerequisites or whose conduct is incompatible with the academic and cultural environment of the school.

By submitting a registration form, the applicant represents that all information provided is accurate and complete and that they are at least 18 years of age. Applicants under 18 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or legal guardian must co-sign these Terms and Conditions.

All fees are published on our website and in the official price list applicable on the date of registration. Prices are quoted in 【MAD / EUR / USD】 and are inclusive of applicable Moroccan VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices for Add-on Services are quoted separately.

For online courses billed on a recurring basis, payment is automatically charged at each renewal cycle (monthly, quarterly, or as selected at registration). To cancel automatic renewal, the Student must email us at least seven (7) days before the next billing date. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect at the following renewal cycle.

Morocco Lingua reserves the right to amend pricing for future bookings due to tax changes, governmental measures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Confirmed bookings already paid in full are not affected.

The Registration Fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, except where Morocco Lingua cancels the Program.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The applicable refund is calculated based on the date the written cancellation is received, as follows:

Morocco Lingua reserves the right to cancel a Program if the minimum enrolment threshold (typically three Students) is not reached, or for any other operational reason. In such cases, the Student will be offered, at their choice:

Morocco Lingua's liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of amounts paid; we will not be liable for any incidental costs incurred by the Student (flights, visas, accommodation booked independently, etc.).

Requests to change Program dates, course type, or accommodation must be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks before the Program Start Date. A change fee of 【EUR 100】 applies to each change, payable at the time of request and non-refundable. Any change resulting in a reduction of lessons or a downgrade of services will be treated as a partial cancellation and is subject to Section 6.2.

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions or border closures, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, transport disruptions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

In the event of Force Majeure preventing a Program from being delivered as planned, Morocco Lingua will use reasonable efforts to:

Cash refunds in Force Majeure situations are at the sole discretion of Morocco Lingua and may be limited to amounts not yet committed to third-party suppliers.

Where the Student requests Add-on Services such as accommodation, airport transfers, or cultural activities, Morocco Lingua acts solely as an intermediary between the Student and the third-party providers.

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the academic, cultural, and legal environment of Morocco. In particular, Students agree to:

Suspension or expulsion: Morocco Lingua reserves the right to suspend or expel any Student who commits a criminal offense, breaches the Code of Conduct, has a very poor attendance record, or fails to meet payment obligations. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and where required by law, the relevant Moroccan authorities (including immigration) will be informed.

All teaching materials, methodologies, course content, recordings, written documents, audio and video resources, and the Morocco Lingua brand and website are the exclusive property of Morocco Lingua or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Morocco Lingua may take photographs or videos during classes, excursions, and cultural activities for use in promotional materials (website, social media, brochures, etc.).

Morocco Lingua processes the personal data of Students in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08) and, where applicable to Students located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Any complaint regarding a Program or service should be raised with the Program coordinator on-site as soon as possible to allow for prompt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, a formal written complaint may be sent to 【COMPLAINTS EMAIL ADDRESS】 within thirty (30) days of the end of the Program. Morocco Lingua undertakes to acknowledge complaints within seven (7) days and to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the registration process, or the delivery of any Program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taroudant, Morocco, after the parties have made reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably.

For Students residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.

Morocco Lingua may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to a given booking is the version in force on the date of registration. Updated versions will be published on our website with a clear "Last updated" date.
